2. Information we process
Game data on your device
The game saves virtual-coin and star balances, game and chapter progress, pending rewards, rune puzzles, task claims, mail status and audio and motion preferences on your device. Guest play does not require a registered player account.
Device, installation and app events
The Android app uses Meta (Facebook) and AppsFlyer for installation attribution and app-event measurement. Information processed by these services may include the Android advertising ID when available, app-scoped or SDK-generated identifiers (such as an AppsFlyer UID and anonymous Meta app-device identifier), installation and referral information, app-launch events, app and package information, device model, operating-system details and IP address. An IP address may indicate approximate location.
These services can operate without a Facebook login. Meta automatic app-event logging is used for measurement. The information available depends on device settings, permissions and service configuration.
Support and this website
When you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information. This website does not use analytics scripts, advertising pixels, account registration or contact forms. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details and access times to deliver and protect the website.
3. Why information is used

5. Retention and security
Local game data stays on your device until reset, cleared or removed. Resetting game progress keeps audio and motion preferences; clearing app storage removes local preferences as well.
Support correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your request, handle related follow-up and meet legal obligations. Measurement information is subject to the relevant provider’s retention configuration, contractual terms and applicable law. A local reset does not delete service-side records.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
See Data & deletion to reset local data or request deletion of support or measurement records. Android settings may allow you to reset or delete your advertising ID or change permissions. These settings do not delete previously collected information and may not stop all measurement.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Where applicable, you may also exercise rights to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. We may request limited information to verify your request and locate records. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful exceptions, retention requirements or available appeal options. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.

AZTEC GO is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this policy when the service or our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website as appropriate; consent will be requested where legally required.
