1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern the AZTEC GO Android game (package com.apower.atcegame) and this website, provided by Behrwald Property LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use it.
You must be at least 18 years old and satisfy any higher applicable local minimum age. Do not use the service where it is prohibited by law. This adult-use requirement is separate from any platform content-rating label.
2. Simulated gambling and virtual items
AZTEC GO includes simulated slot games, rune puzzles, chapter progression, tasks and virtual rewards. Spins deduct the selected virtual-coin bet from your balance and may award virtual coins. Winning spins can award stars, and stars can be used for virtual reward draws.
No real-money gambling or cash prizes are offered. Coins, stars and other game items have no monetary value, are not property or currency, and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for money, exchanged for goods or real-world prizes, sold or transferred. There is no cash-out facility.
Outcomes are not guaranteed. Success in this game does not imply or predict success in real-money gambling. The game is entertainment, not an investment or an income opportunity.
3. Your permission to play
Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. No ownership of the service or its intellectual property is transferred. Artwork, names, software and other content remain the property of their respective rights holders.
4. Responsible use
Do not exploit bugs, interfere with the service, distribute malicious code, bypass security measures, misuse support channels or infringe the rights of others. Do not copy or redistribute protected content except as allowed by law or the rights holder. Restrictions do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Set sensible limits on play time and take regular breaks. Stop playing if it affects your wellbeing or responsibilities.
5. Progress and device requirements
Game progress and settings are stored on your device. Clearing app storage, resetting progress, changing devices or uninstalling can cause loss of progress. Do not rely on account-based cloud recovery. Device and operating-system compatibility may change as the service is updated.
Android services, attribution and support may use internet connectivity. Your network provider’s charges may apply.
6. Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains information processing and your choices. See Data & deletion for local reset and service-side requests. External platforms and linked services operate under their own terms and policies. These terms do not replace any legally required privacy consent.
7. Updates and availability
We may fix, update or change features and may suspend or end the service where reasonably necessary, including for security or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of virtual items. Where required, we will provide notice and any remedies mandated by applicable law.
8. Disclaimers and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, or overrides mandatory consumer rights. Applicable mandatory laws and rights to bring claims in competent courts remain unaffected.
9. Changes and ending use
You can stop using the service at any time and uninstall the app. We may restrict use for a material breach of these terms, subject to applicable law. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date, and material changes will be notified where required. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the service.
